How soon should I order my invitations from you?
It is best to contact me at the beginning of your engagement, as my calendar fills up very fast. Custom invitations can take two to four weeks to complete.

How will I recieve my product?
If you are a local customer, I will personally hand deliver the invitations to you. If you are not a local customer, your product will ship via UPS. Express delivery is available upon request and is an extra charge.

How will my product be packaged?
I take pride in presentation to insure that your product will arrive to you beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a label. If needed, bubble packaging will be inserted.

What is your return policy?
All of my products are custom designed and we do not accept returns. Naturally, if there is an error on my part, I will happily exchange your stationery to correctly reflect your order.

What is your privacy policy?
The information recieved by Lemon Sugar Paperie will be kept confidential. Your information will never be given or sold to a third party.

Can I place an order over the phone?
For sure! If you are not comfortable placing an order online, please feel free to call (614) 506-5174 and speak directly with the designer. If you reach a voicemail leave a detailed message and I will return your call in a timely manner.

Do I pay sales tax on my order?
For orders placed and shipped within Ohio, appropriate sales tax will be applied.
